Lisa Barrie, our Business Support Coordinator, is celebrating 23 years with us here at JK Lifting, having joined us back in 2000.
She began her career in the wallpaper business, before entering the world of lifting and testing at our Newcastle base.
“I really enjoy the variety,” Lisa says about her role at JK Lifting. “No two days are the same, and I’ve seen the company change a lot over the years. We work on an amazing range of projects, and it’s great working with people in so many different roles across the team.”
As Business Support Coordinator, Lisa is responsible for allocating projects across the team and overseeing our business admin. She is also licensed to drive flatbed trucks, which can be a big help on site!
Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with her grandchildren – the youngest of which she delivered herself on the living room floor!
